At Mergü Textile, our story began as a family initiative led by two textile engineers who believed that production could be personal, responsible, and detail-focused. Over the years, we’ve grown thoughtfully — building a loyal team and working with partners who share the same mindset.

Our scale remains intentional: small enough to stay attentive and connected, yet highly experienced to deliver premium standards. We value clear communication, mutual respect, and long-term collaboration, and we approach each project with the same care and commitment that shaped our beginnings. With a team of around 100 people and mostly in-house production, we stay close to our work and maintain full control over quality

Sustainability and responsible growth guide the way we work. We invest in energy-efficient systems, solar-supported operations, and water-saving initiatives to reduce our environmental impact.

Women hold key roles across our organisation, including management, and their leadership shapes who we are. Above all, we value clarity, respect, and long-term relationships — and we bring the same care to every garment we produce.

Our production takes place in a three-storey, 5,000 m² facility that houses our cutting, sewing, and packaging departments. Production management is supported by ERP, RFID, and MES integrations, allowing us to monitor operations closely, increase efficiency, and continuously optimise our processes.
